Chicago Cubs hope home white jerseys in lockers bring luck vs. Reds at GABP

The Chicago Cubs remain in first place in the National League Central entering a four-game series against the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park.

But the Cubs' record on the road this season - 21-33 - is worse than any team in the division. And in terms of winning percentage, the Miami Marlins are the only team in the National League that has been worse away from home.

On top of that, baseball players have been known to be rather superstitious. So the Cubs' decision to bring their home white jerseys - that they're not allowed to wear in games at GABP - and hang them in their lockers for good luck makes sense to them:

This season, the Cubs are 5-7 against the Reds and have won just two of their six games at GABP.
